Cahir is an eleven year old Irish Cob mare imported from Ireland in 2005. Cahir, named for Castle Cahir in County Tipperary, Ireland, stands 14.2 hands high and is homozygous for both the tobiano pattern (TT) and the black factor (EE). She is a wonderful broodmare, having given birth to Parnell's Keelin (2005), Parnell's Ardan (2006), Parnell’s Glendalough (2007) and Parnell’s Si-Gaoithe (2010).

As noted previously, we have recently decided to scale back our breeding operation.  We are therefore offering Cahir, a proven broodmare who is homozygous for black and tobiano, to become part of your breeding program.  Cahir is currently in foal to Parnell’s Leannan for an April 2010 baby (check out her last foal by Leannan, Parnell’s Si Gaoithe!).  Cahir is being offered at $27,500.
